Non-Returnable Items
- Due to health and safety concerns, opened or used spices cannot be returned. Items on sale or clearance are final sale and not eligible for return.

Process for Returns
- To initiate a return, contact us at support@argoherbs.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- We will provide instructions on how to send your items back to us.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
